Meeting 4/20/2017

Went over New/Returning Player/Parent guide

Starting 8/14 (tryouts) practices will be 2:45-5:00

Looking like scrimmages will be 8/19 – still planning

Would like Carwash to be 8/20 – and have butterbraid and carwash ticket money turned in then as well as time for remaining Booster payment due ($225 total for Booster fees this year)

New white jerseys have been ordered for varsity. Old white ones have been given to JV. Also ordered some replacement JV jerseys.

Coach got her new pitching machine.

Player pack of 5 t-shirts will need to purchased online (4 short sleeve, 1 long sleeve) – maybe $75  - Nicole will have the website at the meeting on 5/8

No cost for player camp this year (no shirt either – just the player pack)

Clarified board positions – Jenny- president, Chris- VP, Annie- secretary, Kerry- treasurer

Chairs – Spirit Wear – Nicole, Fundraising – Gina, Concessions and banquet – Cara and Chris

Banquet – plan and schedule ASAP a Saturday brunch at Arrowhead 

Backstop/Fence need repairs – Dave said we should be able to fix with volunteers for around $500, first we will ask Coach to talk to AD about the school fixing it.

Have to see what senior situation is to determine Senior game and dates with JK

8th graders are good to join workouts starting on 5/1/17
